All of Mergercrowd’s investments are short term, normally 12 months or less. We invest in on two types of investments; (1) mergers, and (2) acquisitions.
100% of our investments are secured against guarantor assets, business assets, commercial real estate, equity in the form of preferred shares, and business cash holdings. Our investor-first platform allows us to work directly with both investors and brokers.
Mergercrowd uses proceeds from our Mergercrowd Secured Rate™ Offering to fund these mergers and acquisitions. We offer accredited investors the opportunity in invest in our proprietary Mergercrowd Term Investment, which aims to offer the same function and liquidity of a CD, but at much higher yields.
All of the funds raised through the Mergercrowd Secured Rate™ Offering are secured by our diversified pool of private equity assets (collateral). Mergercrowd Secured Rate™ investors may choose rates between 7.25% to 8.25%, and terms from 6 months to 3 years.
By opening an account, your are able to manage all of your investments online from anywhere, at anytime. You can open accounts, manage accounts, add to your investments, opening new accounts under a different vesting, and rolling over all, some, or none of an original investment at maturity. You may also choose to invest through an LLC, Trust, Corporation, or as individual or married couple.
